Perfect spacious modern rooms, very convenient and clean bathroom. The location is ideal, with a shopping center and metro station close by. The staff are friendly and competent, and the nearby restaurants are lovely.

The elevators are very busy in the morning, as they are shared with office floors located above the hotel. it would have been great if tea and coffee facilities, an iron and ironing board, and a laundry service were available in the room.

Had an enjoyable Thanksgiving experience in this hotel. the room was modern and well-maintained with a very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. the hotel was located close to the metro station which made it convenient to travel around the city. An added bonus was the fitness room where I could work out before heading out for the day.

The lack of clear communication from the staff, which made it difficult to get laundry service. the issue was eventually resolved after a few calls to the front desk.

Some guests have praised the nearby mall's several lovely restaurants and supermarkets.

Some guests were unhappy with the poor quality of food in the restaurant and had to dine elsewhere.
